Amazing service and location! The staff were helpful and spoke English if needed. There is a private onsen for the guests. The only thing is the entrance is unsuspecting and easy to miss in the dark being that it's just a black door!

We definitely love this hotel the most. It's quiet and not super busy like other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I'm sure all the guests are pleased with the quality of food and the services. The view from the room and the dinning area are wonderful. We could see the top of Mt. Fuji from the restaurant! I love the big public bath on 29th floor. This hotel is our home hotel for sure when we are in Tokyo. There is also a convenient non-stop transportation bus service from the hotel to Haneda International Airport with a reasonable price. When you have multiple luggages, it really helps not to take trains to get there.
