The room was small but clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly. It’s a little difficult to find. You need to go up to the 30th floor for the lobby and then down to the rooms. The location is great and close to a big train station.

We had a wonderful stay at Futako Tamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu. The room was lovely and very clean, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. A real highlight was the onsen on the 29th floor — such a relaxing bonus with great views. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again.

Quiet, super comfortable beds and a clean neighborhood away from the more busy areas of Tokyo. Still, not far by train to anywhere. A little inconvenient from the airports though.
