We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and ideally located near public transport in a nice neighborhood. The staff are wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our room was well-equipped and felt spacious for Tokyo. Breakfast (sandwich or granola) with coffee is basic but a good enough start for a day of tourism. Highly recommended!

The room did not meet our expectations for the price. The pictures looked great. We thought we were splurging on a nice room for our last day. It was a letdown. Everything seemed low quality. There were stains on the sofa. Slippers were paper thin. The check-in was weird because the person to help you is also the barista of the coffee shop. In between helping us they were making drinks so it wasn’t terribly efficient. All in all, I would not return.

The hotel is nicely designed and very clean. Unfortunately we needed a room that accommodate two adults and two elementary school-aged children. The room we were given was too small for two people, let alone four. I've traveled regularly in Japan and understand Tokyo hotel rooms are smaller than most, but this room was exceptionally small for a room touting itself as a family-sized room. In addition the so-called fourth "bed" was as hard as a rock, so we ended up having to double up on the top bunk, resulting in poor sleep for everyone. The room would have been fine for two people, but if you have any more than that, I would look elsewhere.
