We had a great stay. Convenient location, with Shibuya station an easy 5 minute walk away. Staff was polite. Buffet breakfast was of good quality with a decent range of food and beverages. The onsen was excellent with all the amenities available, clean and thoughtful. Our room was clean, a decent size for Tokyo and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was compact but acceptable. Perhaps the only criticism was the somewhat tired decor but fair enough for this price point in pricey Shibuya!

Since the hotel only offers self check-in and check-out, there wasn’t much interaction with staff, so we can’t really comment on the service. However, we can share our thoughts on the room and facilities. The room was as small as expected. The décor and lighting made the space feel dark and uninviting. The bed quality was poor and uncomfortable, and the pillows had very little filling. With only one pillow per person, they were almost flat and barely higher than the mattress.

Nice location, great free amenities (ice cream, juice and room stuff). Rooms were clean, little bit worn out and the price seemed little high for what you got. But no regrets, we had a great stay!
