We arrived 21st and checked out the 22nd, we requested our luggage be shipped to our next hotel the 22nd at 9AM and supplied the staff with our itinerary as well. Something must have gotten mixed up and our bags were not shipped until the next day, so we arrived at the next hotel without any of our luggage.
