Convenient location a few metro stops from Shinjuku. Excellent 7/11 and lots of izakaya in neighborhood. Property was clean but shabby - broken tatami and paper peeling off walls and cabinets. Be aware kitchen has a single hot plate and no stovetop. Not uncommon in Japan but might surprise some. A nice surprise was a private bedroom not shown in pics. I think 4 people could stay (cozy!) but 8 is a stretch. We were just two guests and that was fine space wise
