Little things like the lounge, treat time, and easy access to laundry facilities. Even though the area is more business focused, it was nice to see there were activities for children like the origami, the library and the art postcards.

The room and bathroom was clean and a bit more spacious than is normal for Tokyo, only a bit dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, I liked the healthy options. Check in is very easy, and they help you with luggage forwarding too. Would book again and can recommend.

Japan even 3 star hotels are always clean and simple. This location was a bit more surban so notich around but always a handy 8-11 or family mart. At least a 0.3 mile.wak to subway which is ok. Only foo paw, aside from language barrier which wasn't the issue is the check in guy was a bit of a ding dong. He found it hard to grasp daughter was staying in her own room hence ONLY 1 passportt to scan for room NOT 2..😅🙄

Staff was very kind, spoke limited English but Google Translate will help you a lot in Japan. Self check-in was simple. Checked in online, provided QR code to scan for check in machines in the lobby. Paid for accommodation fee which was maybe $5 CAD and was provided 2 keys for our room. Room and bathroom were clean, AC was strong, WiFi was good. They will make your bed and change your bed sheets any day you wish. If you put the do not disturb sign on your door, they will still leave toiletries for you at your door. Laundry room was small, 2 hybrid machines that do wash and dry together and 2 separate machines for wash and dry respectively for the entire building. Try to do your laundry during off peak times like during the day when everyone is out. Be aware doing large loads will likely mean your clothes won’t be dry after a single cycle. Recommended to do smaller loads or dry for extra time. Location is 10 minute walk from most subway stations, walkable to Akihabara even. Very safe and quiet area away from busy intersections. 7/11, Family Mart, Lawson all nearby for late night snacks and drinks. Overall great experience, no bad things to say.

Stayed for 5 nights and was very comfortable. The room was more spacious in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at in tokyo. Hotel providing free refreshments and snacks was a nice touch. Neighbourhood was quiet and very close to subway / train station. Walking distance to Akihabara.

This is a great option in Tokyo. The subway is a 5-10 minute walk away and provides direct access (no transfers) to Narita via the Asakusa line. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of small shops and places to eat. Breakfast was more traditional Japanese but well prepared. We upgraded to the Superior room which gave us a little more room for big suitcases. To avoid dragging bags up and down the subway steps, use the A4 exit which is another block from the hotel but worth it for the convenience. You can see it on Google maps.

Overall an excellent place to stay at. I’d give this place a 4 and a half stars. Not many dining options or metro station in the immediate area, but we loved the clean and quiet surroundings. The only complaint I had was that they would provide only one room key per room. I had booked two rooms since we had three kids (two kids in early teens). It was not very convenient for us to go back and forth between the two rooms. I understand that for most folks this will not be an issue. Other than that it was a great stay.

It’s in a residential area close to Akihabara. It’s quiet and everyone is super friendly and helpful. It’s a good space to rest and it’s pretty consistent with size constraints of rooms in Tokyo.
