Overall, wonderful stay! The balcony was absolutely perfect for breakfast and the view was so cool! Definitely smaller than the images made it seem, but this is just nitpicking. Water pressure in the shower though was EXQUISITE especially after a long day of walking in the heat. The only thing I definitely was put off by was the very pungent smell in the bathroom, particularly when you get below the sink. It definitely made me gag quite a few times and I couldn’t quite place what it was, but it was intensely strong and unpleasant. I’m assuming something with the P-Trap but I’m not a plumber. But considering that was the only big con I had, I’ll take that as a win!

The room was clean, with more options compared to previous hotels we went. Although our booking said queen bed, the bed felt a bit smaller, but still ok for 2 people. The staff were very kind and helped us alot with directions and transportation. The area is super nice with lots of food options and cafes and quite crowded at nights which is nice to experience. Overall would stay again for sure.

Great area with easy access to trains and a lot of food options. We took advantage of the washer/dryer in the room. We didn’t use the balcony much, mostly because we were out or it was raining/humid.

I stayed here 5 nights and I loved everything about it. It was a bit small but I traveled with 2 more people, each of us had a large suitcase and backpacks and it was perfect. Near Akasaka train station, a bunch of places to eat. Staff was incredible, they helped me with all the questions I had. They do speak English so made it way better. 10/10 hotel. Definitely staying here in the future.

Turned out that it had a kitchen but no Disnes or pots an pans, when questioned told that pots and dishes could be rented piece by piece. Two people but one chair. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns! Also, every day candy, dango, and other assortments were given as free items. For each room, there is the option of do not disturb, eco clean, and full service clean everyday, All were great! It’s also near so many restaurants, things to do, and generally Akasaka! It was a perfect location because the Akasaka station was a 2 minute walk away while Akasaka- Mitsuke station was about an 8 minute walk which were the 2 lines we used to get everywhere across the city Would definitely stay here again!

Our second time staying here and staff again are absolutely helpful and incredible☺️good location especially for transport for the Gina line, only four stops away from Shibuya which is handy. Plenty of places to eat near by! I recommend the steak place called Inkari I think.

The staff made this stay amazing, they always greeted us when ever we came down for a walk & always had the elevator ready for us every time!! Also the rooms are massive, beds are comfy as!
