Breakfast was small but there was a set choice at a set price for hotel customers. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortble. Small bathroom but all needed for a great stay. Near the train station and the JR Yamanote loop which was perfect to explore all areas with ease. Staff were very helpful and room could be cleaned daily if wanted. Great stay

Lovely hotel in a good location close to Ikebukuro station, and with a 7-Eleven attached. Only complaint is that we were given one key card between three of us and when we lost it on the last day they charged us £15 for a new one.

Very Lively area. Nearby shops and train station East exit. I went there using Airport limousine but got the taxi to Nippori and then skyliner when going home. The receptionist area is very helpful and friendly especially when we went home. Helped us book a taxi since it was raining very hard. We got the room with breakfast at Denys.

Pros: Location of hotel is really good - subway a close walk and really close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Popular spot, i'm donut, is right behind the hotel. Room is clean. Cons: Hotel interior and room furnishings are outdated and the lighting is dim. Bedside only has one outlet available on one side - other outlets available throughout the room but not in the most handy of spots.
