■設備★5 部屋は清潔感があり大変快適に過ごせました 駅徒歩2分。開放感のあるリビング。調理器具一式や食洗器も揃っており、非常に便利です ■問い合わせ対応★1 ・暗証番号の誤り：事前連絡されていた暗唱番号が間違っており、入室できず非常に困りました ・緊急連絡先の機能不全：緊急連絡先に電話をしたところ、オペレーターからは「私にはよく分かりません」と返答されてしまいました。他連絡先をどうにか聞き出そうとしていると、ようやく「オーナーに電話番号を伝えても問題ないか？」との申し出がありました。番号誤りは十分想定されるトラブルなので、対応マニュアルとして整備しておくべき案件でしょう。10分後、オーナー様から折返電話がありましたが、トラブル内容は共有されておらず、従業員教育が不十分であることを改めて感じました ・その後：電話にて正しい番号を教えてもらい、予定から25分遅れて入室することができました。ただ、後からでも確認できるような暗証番号の再案内や、謝罪等のメールはありませんでした。「その場のトラブルが解決しさえすればいい」という姿勢が透けて見えてしまい、やはり誠実さを感じられませんでした

部屋は綺麗でとても快適でした。駐車場はないですが、目の前にコインパーキングがあるので車で行っても困りませんでした。冷蔵庫が小さめなので持って行った物が全て入りませんでした。
