This hotel was supreme with all of the qualities. The service was top notch, the room we got faced West which you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day with enough height, but still a gorgeous view of the Asakusa area. The amenities they provide is convenient and they have amazing service for tourists (especially new to Japan). The accessibility to the rest of the city is easy. If you are also needing an easy way to get to the airport (Narita for us); the limousine bus’ hub is at this hotel, so easy to get to the airport! (Just make sure to reserve this separately early). Staff is always there to help if you need it! Excellent stay!

There is no air conditioning for the rooms. Instead it’s all a central system they control. In japan they prefer to keep it swelteringly hot during even 50-60 degree F weather. It makes sleeping difficult and even if you turn your room system that is attached to the central off, it will turn on to heat while you are out of the room.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming, my mother lost her phone and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we got it back. The breakfast buffet along with the view was a surreal experience, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my entire life.

The stay was pleasant. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part was the convenient location, right next to Sensoji Temple, with numerous food and shopping options nearby. However, there were a few drawbacks. Firstly, the hotel charges an additional fee for early check-in. Secondly, unlike many other hotels, it doesn’t provide paid luggage storage facilities after checkout which many other places provide. Lastly, the swimming pool and gym are paid services, which was a bit disappointing.
