We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and responded quickly to our messages before arrival. They kindly accommodated our request to arrange our rooms on the same floor, which we really appreciated. The hotel is clean, the room was comfortable, and the location is excellent. It is within walking distance of Ueno, Okachimachi, and several train stations, making it very convenient for sightseeing and airport access. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and solved everything right away. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Our room was spotless, fresh, and completely free of any unpleasant odors. Fresh towels were provided every day, which we really appreciated. The hotel was also very quiet, allowing us to relax and sleep well each night. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.
