This is my 3rd time using this hotel and I’ll keep using it anytime I come to Tokyo. It’s a perfect spot for me and where I need to get around. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And just under a 3min walk to the train station. There’s lots to see and do around the area as well. The restaurants around there are amazing

Great location near Otsuka station and the yamanote line but still quiet enough, friendly staff, nice building, easy check in/out. The room we stayed in was very small which was fine because we were hardly in the room. We would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with big, delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was so helpful very professional. The rooms are small (by US standards), but very efficient and I loved the bidet toilet. The onsen was very relaxing and the right calm after a busy walking day around Tokyo. We are sad we didn’t book more nights!
