This is a budget hotel which I recommend if you are tight on budget. Plus - very close to Niporii Train Station where you can take JR to anywhere. the SkyTrain can take you to Narita Airport in 45 mins. Minus - hotel room is aged and hotel lobby is very tight in space (luggage kept in lobby instead of inside a storage area). Check out time is 10am instead of 11 am. We were charged extra 1000 yen when we check out at 10:30am. Hotel staff should remind guest on checkout time as typically hotel check out time is at 11am.

Really good location over all. Very clean and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The area around the hotel had a lot of food options and convenience stores. The only issue that we experienced was the Wi-Fi in our room was very slow and the TV did not respond properly. Other than that would recommend for the great area.
