This hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are small but they are well appointed. Lots of restaurants nearby. The Nippori station is quite close. I would stay here again.

This is your classic Tokyo value hotel. Rooms are small and efficient. I wouldn't say it's the nicest APA hotel I've stayed at, but it was most certainly good enough and worth the price paid. I would stay here again. It's very close to Nippori station, easy enough if you're hauling bags. Nippori is a straight shot to Narita Airport on the Skyliner train, so the location is absoultely excellent for those looking for easy travel from Narita.

The hotel was very clean, conveniently located near the station, and definitely worth the price. The staff were also kind and helpful during my stay. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit too narrow and quite soft. I also wish there had been unlimited complimentary tea and coffee available. One small issue was that after housekeeping took the pajamas for laundry, they often forgot to return the obi belt together with them.
