i have stayed here 11-12 times on my travels to tokyo.its the best apa in kurumae/asakusa,its opposite the station.so you can easy get to it from the asakusa line and haneda airport.staff are exelent and the cleaners do a great job.i will allways stay here in future aswell

We had a fantastic stay at the APA Hotel Asakusa Kuramae Ekimae and would absolutely book it again. Honestly, the location is unbeatable—it's situated right next to the subway entrance (Kuramae), which made traveling around Tokyo super easy and saved us tons of time. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful in every interaction, making us feel welcome. And the rooms? They were spotless and impeccably clean. If you're looking for a convenient, clean, and friendly hotel experience in Tokyo, this is the perfect spot! Highly recommended.

ac cleaning was scheduled for one day but changed to a day after without notice and i was not prepared to go out early when they came. very inconvenient. after ac was cleaned, the ac panel (for heating) on the bed was not working and i let the staff know and they said they would fix it. my last two nights, there was still no heating. everything else was good

The room had stains on the pillow and bedsheets and there was dead flys on the bedsheet. The rooms at the hotel smelled bad, like smoke. I tried to check out instantly with a refund. but was told I could check out but with no refund. I did not sleep for the night. There was no empathy. Small shower ( which was not totally disappointing) Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever be caught seen at an APA hotel. I stayed at 4 hotels in Japan and this one was the only one I had issues with

i have stayed here for every trip to tokyo,atleast 15 times,its opposite the station,and 30 mins train ride from haneda airport,its on the asakusa line,and 20 mins walk to asakusa,allways clean,staff speak enough english,and has all you need.the cafe is a short walk down the road for breakfast,price is allso good,and very fair,i will allways stay here,and infact all apa hotels for my trips to japan,arigato,apa

The room was smaller than I expected, but it was very well arranged, very clean, very comfortable, and had absolutely everything I needed. In the end, i had to work from my hotel room more than I expected and I didn't mind one bit. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Asakusa is a great place to visit. Very nice and quite neighborhood. The hotel is very close to the river walk, to many cafés, restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. I took one train from Narita airport, and took one train (no transfers either way) to Haneda. About 50 minutes each way. It was a very smooth ride considering how large Tokyo is. I would stay here again. i would, perhaps, ask for a better room (my window was overlooking a wall).

Very close to entrances to the Asakusa metro line which made it very easy to visit the tourist areas like Senso-ji temple, Ginza, etc. It's even along the track to/from NRT with an easy transfer with the Keisei line. The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't a problem for me. Just might be claustrophobic compared to western hotels. Very clean with very polite and helpful staff though!
