The absolute best thing about this hotel is that it came with a buffet dinner and breakfast. And they were not run of the mill buffets. So much variety - all kinds of fish (sashimi included) meat, veges and soups and they were mostly all so yummy. The price was very reasonable too - in fact, it was downright value of money given the superb meals included. Room was big with a balcony that faced the sunset, lovely. The public bath was delightful too. And free parking! We really enjoyed our stay, full marks for this hotel, we will surely stay here again if we travel to Shikoku in future.

This is a mountain top resort hotel with spectacular views of the city, ocean and surrounds. There is a wonderful park next to the hotel for quiet and relaxing walks. (NB - this is in a remote, isolated area, no shopping or crowds!!). A great place to relax and enjoy with no distractions. A free shuttle will take you from Tokushima Station and return you after your visit. The meals are buffet-style, good variety of Japanese dishes (limited selection of western dishes). Not gourmet but very satisfying. The public baths are wonderful, especially enjoying the outdoors area. There is even a small Karaoke room which can be a lot of fun. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

It's quiet and has a nice view. Also, there is a shuttle bus, so it is very good to go to Tokushima Station. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Hot springs are good, and ice cream after hot springs is good. Recommend.

This is located high on Bizan Mountain with great views of the city. Our room was spacious with excellent views. The Onsen is particularly relaxing - it is well laid out and the outdoor section allows you to leisurely soak while admiring the view. There are some nice places for walks around the property. The free shuttle to Tokushima station is appreciated. The dinner/breakfast are buffet-style and more than adequate for the price range. Definitely recommended if you have an extra day or two in the area.

Beautiful view of Tokushima city from the mountain. Buffet was really good, lots of options. Only downside is you will need a car to reach this hotel.

Large room with 2 large european style beds. View is great with balcony.Included buffet dinner and breakfast was also good. Strange thing there was no shower in our room. You had to go to onsen for shower. In the end a nice 1 night stay.On top of a mountain so you will need car.

お部屋からは山から街が見下ろせて、夜景も見えて素敵な景色でした。風呂も露天風呂やサウナもあって朝晩入れてリフレッシュしました。お食事もバイキングでしたが種類が豊富で美味しくて、お酒は追加で飲み放題もあったので色々食べて楽しめました。夜景も見えます！お部屋は少し古さは感じますが清潔でアメニティも揃ってました。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。とても満足です。 山に登る道は狭くて夜は真っ暗です。鹿に遭遇しました！十分気をつけましょう！

ツーリング旅行で利用しました。 フロントの方の対応もとても良く、部屋からの景色、部屋の広さ、温泉がとても良かったです。 台風が近づいていて早くホテルに到着したかった為、夜ご飯が食べれていなかったのですが夜食のお茶漬けの振る舞いがあり、とても助かりました！ お風呂上がりのアイスバーのサービス、カラオケもあり、とても楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。 ありがとうございました。
