チェックインやチェックアウトは機械でやるのですが、ホテルに到着したのがチェックイン開始時刻あたりだったせいか、チェックイン待ちの長～い行列ができていてびっくりしました。チェックインのためにあんなに行列ができているのは初めて見ました。その上フロントやロビーも狭いので、もうちょっと何とかならないものかと思いました。9月も予約しているので、改善していただけるとありがたいです。

オープンして日が浅いと言うこともあり、設備等清潔でスタッフ笑顔も素敵で、とても気持ちよく宿泊する事ができました。 連泊eco〜の時、替えのタオル等ドアノブに掛けてあり、ビニール袋も入っていたのですが、その朝のうちに使用済みタオルを外に出して置けるよう、部屋に袋等常備してあるとありがたいです。 ビニール袋に入れたとはいえ、前日使用済みのタオルと一晩過ごすのは気持ちが良いとは言えませんでしたので。

娘と2人でエレベーターに乗る時、男の人がロビーに荷物を置いたまま急いで乗ってきて、何階ですか？と聞いても忘れたからそのままでいいと、、、私達の階まで乗って降りて行きました。ちょっと怖かったです。娘は二十歳ですが一人は怖いなぁと感じました。
