The Sheraton is a good island option because it’s comparatively handy to Denarau and has a great outlook. However, it’s a bit tired, the beach is only “OK” for swimming (lots of seaweed) and the food is more expensive and of a lesser quality than you get at Denarau. The rooms are spacious and fairly comfortable but a bit tired and missing some of the basics - no hairdryer, for example. Whether this hotel works for you will depend on what you are looking for. If you want a fly and flop holiday with a bit of luxury, you would be better at Denarau. However, if you want to be out in the islands and understand the trade off it’s a good option. South Sea Cruises Cat (rather than their main ferry) is a good option for transfers as it’s faster and a slightly more personal experience.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Tokoriki Resort and overall had a lovely holiday. The property is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the pool area works well for both families and adults. The standout of our stay was the childcare service. Our babysitter, Remi, was fantastic with our seven-month-old daughter and made us feel completely at ease. We did experience a few logistical issues. Despite emailing a week in advance, our boat transfer was not booked when we arrived at the ferry terminal, and it took over an hour to resolve. For the return transfer, we were booked on the wrong time despite providing our flight details. Check-in was also delayed. We arrived around 1 pm and understood check-in was at 3 pm, but even though we were travelling with a two-year-old and an infant, we were the last in a large group to receive our keys at 3.30 pm. We also realised at checkout that we were charged additional for the return transfer and that the Bula Bubble Package we booked included a 30 minute couples massage that was never offered or scheduled. These issues created some unnecessary inconvenience, but they did not take away from the beauty of the resort or the warmth of the staff. We would return, and we hope this review helps future guests double check their logistics to ensure a smoother stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, Tokoriki Island. The island and beach are gorgeous with great snorkelling a swim out from the hotel. The pool is nice with lovely sunset views. The hotel is a good size to get to know other guests (small enough that you run into the same people each day but not so small you are on top of each other). The customer service could be improved, particularly at the pool bar and happy hour deck bar. We often had to wait a long time to be served. The food and drinks are expensive, but I guess that's what you expect on an island. I would recommend bringing some alcohol/snacks with you. The kids club had fun activities listed but there weren't many children using it when we were there so it wasn't the best (though Leila was awesome). Great value nannies available from 7am to 11pm. The rooms were kept clean. Occasionally the power/water would drop out, but it never lasted long and, again, this is to be expected on an island. Overall, great value for money (if you book early enough) and a lovely place to spend a week!

The resort needs to clean up the beach. Food quality was great but the options are somewhat limited and get tired if you're there for an extended stay. The staff were amazing, but you're on Fiji time...accept it.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Our experience at the Sheraton Tokoriki Resort in Fiji was far below expectations, especially considering the cost. Service was painfully slow — we waited over 40 minutes just to get a drink, and our food never even arrived. The staff were friendly, but overall service felt unorganized, lazy, and forgetful, which really took away from the experience. The food was extremely expensive for what you get, with very little variety and mediocre quality. Some dishes were even burned, and my chicken wrap had bone fragments inside. Cocktails were poorly made — some even had fruit peels left in them, which felt careless. While the rooms looked modern, the bed was uncomfortable, and we even found geckos inside our room. Overall, this resort does not live up to Sheraton’s usual standards. The setting is beautiful, but the service, food, and management quality were a major letdown. We left feeling disappointed and would not recommend staying here given the high price and low value.

Beautiful island hotel with everything you need for a relaxing break. Its a small hotel and everyone is so friendly. Plenty of sun bed around the pool area, and you can walk straight onto the beach into pristine water. Snorkelling was so much fun, hotel staff took you out to the coral reef by speed boat.
