The hotel is located on the main street of Tokat, directly overlooking the castle. The staff is very friendly; however, the hotel could use some renovation. The room is clean, and the bed linens and towels are white.

El dezenfektanları her köşede mevcuttur. Talep üzerine maske verilir.

The good: the room is clean the the location is good. The bad: the room clearly needs maintenance, there was paint chipping, the remotes had no batteries, there were visible electric wires in the bathroom, the fridge did not work, and the bathroom door had holes in it as if some one kicked or punched it.
