The property is accessed via a well-maintained dirt road, offering an authentic Northwoods experience while remaining easily accessible year-round (4WD recommended during heavy snowfall).

You'll enjoy ample free parking for multiple vehicles, including an attached garage at The Bear Den, space for additional cars, and room for a trailer if needed. A Tesla charger (NEMA 14-50 plug) is also available for EV drivers.

There is an Indoor decibel monitor (noise level only, no recording).

For the safety of our guests and the community, we use Truvi for identity verification. This requires uploading a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) after booking.

👤 Primary Renter Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, must be staying at the property, and is responsible for all guests and visitors during the stay.
