The living areas are divided between two semi-detached units: one for 16 people and one for 14 people, each with separate kitchens and living areas, as well as a total of 15 bedrooms.

The vacation home is modern and comfortably furnished, combining the charm of a traditional North German thatched roof with plenty of space, high-quality amenities, and its own wellness area. In total, there are 15 bedrooms (13 with 200x180 beds, 2 with 200x160 double beds) spread across 3 floors, 8 bathrooms, and 19 rooms. The bedrooms are distributed across the first floor, first floor, and attic, providing comfortable retreats even for larger groups.

On the first floor, there is a spacious dining room with a large dining table, an open-concept kitchen, and several bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing self-catering vacation: ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. The open layout toward the living area creates a cozy gathering spot for shared meals and long evenings.

A special highlight is the wellness area with a sauna and hot tub. After a day at the beach, a walk through the dunes, or a trip to St. Peter-Ording, you can relax here and wind down your vacation day in peace. In addition, a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, DSL-based Wi-Fi, TV, hi-fi system, radio, and DVD player ensure comfort in every season.

The outdoor area features a property of approximately 2,000 m² with a garden, a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, a parasol, and a west-facing sun terrace with a beach chair. Here you can enjoy sunny afternoons, barbecue evenings, and relaxing vacation moments. An electric grill is provided.

The Dünenwarft is family-friendly. Children and babies are welcome; a high chair is available. Youth groups are also welcome, but party groups are not permitted. Pets are allowed, making the vacation home ideal for a vacation with your dog on the North Sea.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, coat rack, dresser, mirror, and contactless check-in/check-out. The house is smoke-free. Approximately 10 free private parking spaces are available for guests.
