Amenities
The detached vacation home offers 105 m² of space for up to 6 people and is ideal for families and groups. It features a total of 4 rooms, including 2 cozy bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds (180x200) on the upper floor and closets. A third bedroom with a closet is located on the first floor of the cottage, where two single beds invite you to drift off to sleep.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—perfect for cooking together in the evenings. In the cozy living area, a sofa nook and a SMART TV invite you to relax. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected at all times. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for all guests.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sauna, and whirlpool tub ensures exceptional comfort. A real highlight is the adjoining balcony with a wonderful view of the Katinger Watt! For wellness enthusiasts, a private sauna is available—ideal for unwinding after an active day.

Families with small children can reserve cribs in advance if needed (subject to availability)—a high chair and a toilet seat adapter are provided in the vacation home. A children’s play kitchen is also available in the vacation home and is welcome to be used.

Wi-Fi and a parking space are available free of charge! Two electric vehicle charging stations are available in the parking lot for shared use.
Garden furniture, a charcoal grill, and a windscreen invite you to enjoy relaxing moments on the patio. You’re welcome to park any bicycles you bring with you on the house’s terrace. Up to three four-legged friends are warmly welcome in our smoke-free home. The fully fenced property provides you and your furry friend with plenty of space to roam.

In the guest lounge, the Warft-Treff, we provide washing machines (2×2 euro coins) and dryers (2 euros) for our guests for a fee. Here you’ll also find indoor play areas and a self-service refrigerator stocked with beverages.
The staircase leading to the upper floor is of high quality and should be treated with care. We therefore ask that you do not bring your pets upstairs.
Sustainable underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth all year round.
