The property is on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and sunny hillside location on the edge of the woods. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The shared balcony (2 tables, 5 chairs) is accessible via the corridor.

The entrance is on the upper floor, covered and ground level and leads over 1 step and an external stair directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. Todtmoos, 850 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 2,000 m² open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments in the house: SWW HOS 001 (1 person), SWW HOS 002 (1 person), SWW HOS 003 (2 people), SWW HOS 004 (1 person) and SWW HOS 005 (2 people). The house is situated above the spa gardens with a view of the forest. Access is via a side road (paved, length 150 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (300 m). Lockable carport for bicycles.
