Une grande maison en pleine campagne

L'accueil des propriétaires est formidable et ils sont toujours disponibles par WhatsApp en cas de problème. La maison est propre et dispose de tout pour le confort. En pleine campagne c'est le calme complet ... Une portion d'à peine un kilomètre sans revêtement et quelques insectes n'ont pas gâchés notre plaisir ... Un bon rapport qualité prix... Je recommande pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité. Merci Mr Godart.

Groot mooi en schitterend uitzicht

Een wat gedateerd groot huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving. De ontvangst is meer dan hartelijk. Een fijn zwembad is wat overschaduwd door enkele bouwvallige jaren 70 optrekjes. De tuin is weinig tot niet onderhouden. Een prachtig perceel met een fantastisch uitzicht. De privacy is uitstekend. De elektriciteit was niet goedkoop.

Posto incantevole! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa Grazie alla casa grande, molto ben organizzata negli spazi e pulita! Lo spazio esterno offre molteplici possibilità di sedersi per pranzare, leggere, da soli ma anche in compagnia… immersi nella natura tipica umbra. Il tempo è volato! Tutti e 6 siamo rimasti incantati anche dalla gentilezza del proprietario e dei custodi

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questa villa e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sotto ogni punto di vista Piscina spaziosa, pulita, funzionante;casa trovata in ottime condizioni; giardino curato nonostante le dimensioni. Molto gradita anche la presenza del barbecue Che dire.. Grazie di questa esperienza rilassante e piacevole

Met een beetje onderhoud, een flinke schoonmaakbeurt en een kleine investering in nieuwe bedden, meubilair en tuinstoelen, en het zou een top locatie kunnen zijn.

het zwembad was zeker tip top,de vloer was overal zeer netjes maar de rest liet te wensen over.dampkap was nog supervettig,vliegenramen waren kapot,slechts 2 handdoeken per persoon per week voorzien,lakens en handdoeken voor 2 de week te huur tegen 30,00€ maar ondanks belofte van de eigenaar om deze (zeker de handdoeken)op het einde van de eerste week te bezorgen,waren deze pas de 2 de maandag beschikbaar!!Buren wonen er vlak naast maar daar heb je totaal geen hinder van of inkijk.Het huis op zich is in orde maar het poetsen laat echt te wensen over!!Jammer, want op zich heeft het een rustige ligging met zeer fijn en groot zwembad.Ondanks de mindere hygiëne was het een fijne vakantie met supermarkt en lekker restaurantje vlakbij.Een grondige poetsbeurt zou het een veel aangenamer verblijf maken!!

Prima huis met prima zwembad echter het beheer liet te wensen over. Zwembad was vies na een week en werd, ondanks herhaaldelijk verzoek en belofte, niet schoongemaakt. Het vuilnis werd na herhaaldelijk verzoek en belofte niet opgehaald. Vuilnisbakken waren al vol bij aankomst. Daarnaasr was de wasmachine onbruikbaar omdat uitleg bij knoppen vervaagd was (machine was niet op internet vindbaar). De uitleg bij de knoppen van vaatwasser en oven was ook vervaagd maar konden met wat fantasie gebruikt worden. Jammer van deze minpuntjes want het verblijf is zeker aan te raden!
