Historical 16th century house with pool

Housed in a 16th century country house, open onto a terrace overlooking the Martani Mountains, the apartment is bright and furnished with care and style. Located on a hill, in front of Todi, which is only 3km away, it has a magnificent swimming pool with a splendid view, and is surrounded by a green and well-kept countryside crossed by the "Landscape itineraries". The apartment is a successful combination of modernity with ancient elements: the large beams harmonize with the elegant gray slab floor; modernity approaches the severe stones of the bastion of the medieval tower, which faces obliquely into the back wall of the living room. A master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a modern bathroom with shower and a small but well equipped kitchen with a minimalist design complete the accommodation.
The apartment has been restored with the most scrupulous care in the choice of techniques and materials, but also with the attention and love that such an ancient house deserves, without altering its structure, and respecting the traces of its long past.
Where this has not been possible, I have inserted modern, functional elements, without trying to recreate a false "period" atmosphere.
The apartment is bright and comfortable: I want my guests, even for a few days' stay, to feel in a real home.
