This cozy entire rental home is located in a gated community filled with numerous amenities, such as, pools, lake, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts. The open floor plan in this home is perfect for entertaining. The ambiance of the fireplace is sure to relax you. This is a 2-story home with 1 BDR/1BR on the first floor and 2 BDR/1 BR on the second floor. There are 3 TV's in the house that have Netflix (Living room, Bedroom #2 & Bedroom #3).

Check in time 4 pm & check out time 12pm. Gated neighborhood that requires gate pass to enter. Valid drivers license and registration is required to get the gate pass. A short term lease agreement is required to satisfy community guidelines.

-The property is in a quiet residential area with sensitive neighbors so please respect them. No loud music or parties outside past 10 PM. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property without a REFUND
- Absolutely no fireworks are allowed and the fine is $1000 and we will have to ask you to leave the property without a REFUND
-We don't allow additional guests that are not on the booking list
-Please keep outside shoes off inside the house a clean house makes a enjoyable stay
-Please wash the dishes and take garbage outside in the bin upon checkout
- Absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the property
- No pets allowed
-You must be at least 25 years old to book
-You can purchase pool passes at the Welcome Center

Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the driveway and front yard area. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system's motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed. The property requires stairs to enter and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
