The space
This property is situated in a mountainous area, thereby being surrounded by wildlife. It is imperative to maintain the security of the premises by ensuring that all doors and gates remain closed at all times to prevent the entry of any creatures. Moreover, it is strictly prohibited to leave food unattended outside, as doing so may attract bears and deer. It is essential to exercise constant vigilance regarding the presence of wildlife in the vicinity.
Guest access
The late checkout fee is $100 and must be discussed and approved in advance.
We have a commitment to maintain a harmonious relationship with our neighborhood and designated quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please stay within the boundaries of OUR property.
Do not trespass onto other properties.
This is both a federal and state law.
Pets are permitted within the premises; However, please include the pet fee of $95 /pet in your booking to avoid any unforeseen charges upon checkout.
It should be noted that this fee is separate from the cleaning fee.
Pool is open from The Memorial day till Labour Day.
Pool entry is Daily 12$ Per Guest.
Other things to note
Guests will have access to the hot tub, with a maximum capacity of six adults. Please be aware that the hot tub requires time to reach the desired temperature. Upon arrival, the hot tub will be set to 95 degrees Fahrenheit. If you intend to use the hot tub, please adjust the temperature to your preferred level a few hours in advance. Bear in mind that increasing the temperature by 2 degrees Fahrenheit will take approximately one hour.
Guest Guidelines
Please ensure that all tenants adhere to community regulations. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration to be allowed entry.
Guest badges for amenities are optional and cost $12 per person per day (non-refundable).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and a smoking fee of $1000 will be levied if this policy is violated.
Additional Information:
The property is equipped with surveillance cameras actively recording video and audio. One camera is positioned in the front, overlooking the driveway, while the other is located in the backyard, monitoring the deck.
Please maintain cleanliness in the hot tub water and ensure that the cover is secured when not in use to prevent dirt from entering the tub.

The Cottage is in the woods. Bugs are attracted to the outdoor lights and will fly their way in when you open the door, and make their way to the living room lamps. The Cottage is not "bug proof". Bugs will also make their way in walking through open doors, squeezing through small spaces under the door, etc.
We live in the house on the other side of the street. If you need anything, just let us know.
The Cottage is very clean, seeing bugs indoors is not a cleanliness issue. It's a "living in the woods" issue. If this makes you uncomfortable, The Cottage is not for you!
