Disliked: Cleanliness
We paid to start our stay a day early and paid for cleaning. The house was not cleaned we walked into the house it did not feel that it was cleaned. The heating unit did not work during our entire stay. The heater top was extremely filthyBathroom rug was molded we replaced it We ended up cleaning and mopping when the water from mopping was refreshed it was black from the dirt Windows had dust and spiderwebs A big draft comes into the house from the living room window. Dishwasher was not functioning correctly and therefore we had to physically clean all pots and pansRefrigerator had a Hugh block of ice Oven was extremely dirty Appliances are old and need replacingPlay room was extremely cold and damp. It took a long time to get it warm in order for the children to playCouch had stains and dirty. In order to stay in the living room we had to keep the fireplace goingThe fireplace needs repairs as it show areas where stones had fallen and never replaced
