It is a well kept hotel with very good amenities. The cleaning staff were very helpful and polite however the reception staff were very frosty and at times rude.

Good safe hotel with particularly good breakfast. Nice quiet area. Shower door faulty and potentially dangerous. No safe in room. Had been removed.

Bon accueil Ă©quipe Ă  l'Ă©coute soucieuse de rĂ©pondre Ă  vos multiples demandes. SĂ©curitĂ© respectĂ©e et rassurante. Restaurant sympa. Le seul gros problĂšme de cet hĂŽtel c'est l'unique machine Ă  cafĂ© une vĂ©ritable catastrophe pour tous les clients de l'hĂŽtel excĂ©dĂ©s.. Elle Ă©tait en panne pour le cafĂ© le rĂ©parateur Ă©tait postĂ© tous les matins devant la machine faisant signe de la rĂ©parer mais on voyait bien qu'il n'y connaissait rien. Aussi, Il me semblait les annĂ©es passĂ©es que le buffet du petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait plus variĂ©, lĂ  du fait qu'il est inclus dans le prix, on perçoit des restrictions...un systĂšme de pot de cafĂ© avait Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© mais on voyait bien que c'Ă©tait du bricolage. J'ai fini par acheter mon cafĂ© au bar oĂč il Ă©tait vendu 200 dinars, ce que j'ai fait 3 matins de suite.
