We had a nice stay here. Very handy for a bus into Exeter or Tiverton. Rooms and public toilets were clean but needing to be updated, very tired. The staff were nice and helpful but with the amount of visitors they were at times overwhelmed. This caused a long wait at the bar at times to be served. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent.
