The hotel is quite new. We were 3 adults in a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. We overlooked the pool where we saw lots of young families swimming. Our room also overlooked - our favourite - a man-made pond with alligators in it. The area around the hotel is overall sterile but the pond was fascinating. Great access to Cape Canaveral. Housekeeping didn't really happen over the four days despite the promise it would do so on the third. Be clear about your expectations on this. Great front desk staff.

Nasty, Gross, Bugs everywhere

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were told the exterior door locks do not work and we would have to jimmy the lock open with our key card. Then we got to our room and the door latch was busted. There were exposed electrical wires hanging out of the wall. there were cockroaches everywhere. The air conditioner did not work so we checked out and went to a different hotel and they refuse to refund your money, even though they were grossly misrepresenting themselves on the website now that being said, I’m also upset with hotels.com because I booked the room through them not the property and they’re not doing anything to help me out either

Easy parking , safe, walkable, convenient, dining options quite a few to select for eats and other stores near by. Very nice room, reasonable, comfortable, has everything you need and best part tomorrow the space shuttle goes up 630am to see Kennedy Space Center
