Excellent hotel for Bernini Express stopover

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay in a good location 5 mins walk from the train station. Modern and spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a very spacious room for our stay, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant owned by the same family was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended hotel and we would definitely stay again if we're travelling in the area.

Our room was so so small, no air conditioning or air flow. The hotel controls your room temperature asked countless times and eventually was told they had issues with the software/server and that we could just open the window to get air!!!! On the 1st floor, really?? I must give huge shout put to The young Lady at the front desk who was so pleasant and helpful. She made excellent recommendations on places to go and arranged reservation and ride to the amazing mountain top restaurant Osteria Roncaiola. She was so delightful!!

Nice hotel! Clean! Staff was very friendly, spoke English well. Super close to the train station. Easy to find! Gated entry. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent at nearby restaurant.We would definitely stay again. The room was decent, bed/pillows comfortable! 5 star. Thank you!

Bed slopes on the edge, very uncomfortable. Woke up a couple of times to not be on the slope side of the bed. Noise every few seconds coming from somewhere inside the room. We had to turn on white noise to mask the sound. Had a terrible night of sleep because of all of the above. We tried to call someone at 8:30p but no one picked up / there is not someone to call. Room #11 has no view of the window from the bed so it feels claustrophobic. Breakfast was fantastic.

First and nice experience.

Very nice hotel. Completeley new and comfortable. Nice staff. Delicious meals at the restaurant, very close to the hotel. Well located, close to the train station if hotel charges for late checkin (first time in my traveler life), it is important to mention at the boking time

Great stay in Tirano!

Alessia was so helpful checking in, helping with transportation and explaining the procedures they’ve set up that are really efficient. The room was not large but set up well and the linens and towels were top of the line. I would definitely stay there again. Although we missed breakfast due to time constraints, the dinner we had there was delicious. Tagliatelle buckwheat pasta with cabbage & potato was SO good, as was the salad and pizza.
