The location of this Terra Hotel right next to the Bernina train station in Tirano is unbeatable. The hotel is new, spaciuos and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and attentive service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirano!

Amazing place to stay for our overnight stay and we want to be back. Great breakfast that was included. Only issue we had was with HVAC system making an irritating sound for few seconds every 5 minutes or so all the time. While we mentioned that to the staff during checkout, they didn't ack that they will get that addressed as there was language barrier in understanding the issue.

we LOVED our stay at Terra— lovely and helpful staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable and stylish room, and the included breakfast was first-class. We had many meals at their affiliated restaurant next door, which were all absolute delights. we can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth really stood out. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling with elderly parents and had a one night stop in Tirano. The hotel was conveniently located very close to the train station. Very helpful when you have to drag lot of luggage on cobblestone paths. The staff was kind and helpful with all that we needed (directions, recommendations, etc.) The sister restaurant (just done the block) was lovely and the food was good! Note - If you want to take advantage of the prix fix menu as a hotel guest, you need to pre-pay at the hotel.
