Nice big room. They expect you to contact them with WhatsApp, which we didn't know about. Check-in is strictly from 3pm so don't arrive early. Location is good and the town is lovely. We were happy with our 1 night before getting the Bernina Express

Nice modern keyless entry system. Room was large with kitchen and dining table. Room darkening power controlled blinds worked very well. If you are coming and going via train, it is one of the best closest choices.

Very spacious and clean. Only confusing was how to get to the hotel… as there was a lot of construction going on around the train station and the gps not good. The hotel helped walk me there.

They reached out proactively to us with check-in instruction .. everything was very clear and easy to follow ... we've received great local recommendations and help from Alda at the front deck. The property is new and everything worked well for us. Very comfortable stay before taking Bernina express in the morning.

It was extremely difficult to find the apartment - even with GPS. It took us 30 minutes to find it after asking multiple people. AND...it's NOT a 2 minute walk to the train station - more like 10. There is also no one at the desk after a certain time to answer any questions.
