Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

Fantastic hotel great stay. We loved it!! Staff very accommodating and managed to get us as a family into one room rather than having 2 separate rooms. I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s a beautiful place at first glance, I found the overall experience disappointing compared to the high prices they charge. The rooms are expensive, yet the amenities don’t match the cost. There’s no swimming pool, no complimentary drinks, no free breakfast, and the parking is very limited. On top of that, the bar prices are outrageously expensive. Service was just average, not at all the kind of upscale experience you’d expect for what you’re paying. For the price point, I expected much more in terms of hospitality and offerings. Unfortunately, it feels like a rip-off rather than a luxury stay.

Un peu cher mais ça vaut le coup

Très belle hôtel dommage je comprends toujours pas ce manque de sourire et d'attention du peuple albanais et là il devrait faire un effort c'est un hôtel de haute gamme au prix qu'on paie un minimum... C'est aussi dommage le service ménage est pas à heure fixe soit la chambre est fait à 9h soit à 17h30 à revoir un peu l'organisation. Mais l'infrastructure hôtelière est top .
