I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Tirana. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, attractions, and easy to get around the city. Parking is easy and conveniently accessible below the hotel property. 5/5

Rooftop bar the only place in the world i found cinnamon ice cream. Big room great spa even without paid treatments, great gym. Perfect location and good breakfast. Staff is polite and professional but there's not much tourist info or value add in that regard.

The Hotel location was excellent. Walking distance to all attractions. Thanks to Miss Bella at the reception desk for being so helpful & also Mr Zamir in the Restaurant for looking after us. In my opinion the breakfast buffet was a bit limited.
