Staff were absolutely excellent-from reception to restaurant to security to cleaning team. Room was fantastic-the bed and pillow were so comfortable. Superb staff , especially the reception staff who couldn’t do enough from checking us in to sorting out taxis. Room was spotless and spacious. Only comment would be a bigger tv. Food in the restaurant was amazing and very reasonably priced Swimming pool was good although a little cold Gym was a negative as it’s actually quite unsafe due to the age of the equipment Other negative is the traffic outside the hotel, very busy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Breakfeast was ok, Spa had no salt soon as described, Turkish sauna had low heat and sauna was ok. Gym had very low quality on equipment and need improvement. Service and friendliness of employees was very good. The Hotel is a bit far out from the center of Tirana.

A really lovely hotel with a spacious and comfortable room. The spa facilities were amazing and staff were pleasant and helpful. The buses which stop outside the hotel take you straight into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The spa was absolutely amazing — relaxing, clean, and truly the highlight of my stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality made the stay feel even more special. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Amazing experience. Out of everything, I would especially like to point of the amazing staff, they are polite and always ready to help. It was my partner’s birthday and I wanted to surprise her, they absolutely took that into consideration and decorated the room better than expected. Food in the restaurant is good quality. Spa service is clean and relaxing. Location of the hotel is good as its easier to connect to all the nearby tourist spots. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety.
