The pool was amazing and restaurant was delicious. It was really nice to have the world cup on at the bar for everyone to watch. The pool staff was awesome but the bar staff were a little dismissive towards us.

We travelled with two young children and had a wonderful stay. Our kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and playground facilities. The hotel offers beautiful views over Tirana and is conveniently located close to the cable car. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, particularly in terms of variety and overall quality. Aside from that, our experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel to other families visiting the area.

Wonderful ambiance, many birds, roses, fantastic pool and the restaurant's chocolate souffle was out of this world!!! Lovely wood furniture room, big high quality tiles bathroom. Good value . Only bummer was upon checkout woman gave me an earful when I couldn't locate card key which I thought was somewhere in room. She was mean, said I didn't follow the rules. I've never experienced such a caustic attitude from a hotel employee!

One of the nicest hotels in this part of Tirana. The view was amazing and the pool was big with lots of tanning beds. Great parking and easy to drive to. I would stay again.

It is a top notch hotel. However, it needs a touch of Gym facilities for those who exercises every morning like me. Another review is that of your desk receptionist ( Arlind, ) who gave his all in making sure our stay was animated. He took out time to explain interesting places of visits and offered a good customer gesture.

Fantastic pool area - room and decor dated

The pool area on the rooftop was amazing with views of mountains and Tirana - huge, clean pool with lots of sunbeds and a bar, felt like a proper holiday resort. Room was clean and huge, but the bright red carpets were dated and very worn, with dated furniture, so the rooms could do with a refresh. Overall we loved our stay due to the lovely pool area and felt it was good value for money. Staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Great location, tidy but old rooms, nice pool, breakfast was good but very basic. Friendly staff. Bartenders at the pool are not really used to work, forget orders, even when it’s not busy. A lot of locals at the pool during weekends, extremely loud music at the pool (dj).

Very disappointing experience. The breakfast had a very limited selection and did not meet the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The variety was poor, and the quality did not match the hotel’s rating at all. The worst part of the stay, however, was the treatment at the pool. My travel companion was wearing a burkini, which is specifically designed for swimming and made from proper swimwear material. Despite this, she was asked to leave the pool area. Only after she refused to leave did the staff eventually allow her to swim. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and ruined the mood for the rest of the trip. As a Muslim guest or a covered woman, you definitely do not feel welcome here. On top of that, I had brought my own Pepsi Max to the pool, but I was told by the manager that I was not allowed to have it there and had to take it back to my room. If guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks, the hotel should at least make sure to offer a wider selection. At the same time, we saw other Albanian guests, with their own bottles, without the staff reacting in the same way. It felt like the rules were not applied equally. Overall, the service was poor, the experience was uncomfortable, and the hotel’s 4-star rating feels completely misleading. If you are Muslim, covered, or simply expect good service and basic manners, I would strongly recommend staying away from this hotel in Tirana.
