The pictures for this property are extremely deceiving. The hotel is located in a back alley and is extremely rundown. The mirrors in the room were cracked and broken the door to the bathroom was also broken and you can hear every door closing, voice and sound through the walls. There is no elevator so make sure you are able to carry your luggage up at least two flights of stairs. There was AC in the room but it never worked.

Good hotel overall. The staff are so lovely and they made sure there's always cold water available at the reception. There's no elevator but when they saw we have a lot of luggage, they put us in a room on the ground floor which was good. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Bathroom was great too with a massive shower space. The location is quite good as we were always 10/15 mins away from every attraction or restaurant we wanted to visit. Taxis also pass by quite often in the main street which was useful. The only downside to this hotel was the thin walls and noise from the street. There were kids playing outside and people talking loudly until late hours in the night which was quite annoying.

The hotel felt really new and clean, and is in a very convenient, central location. Lots of restaurants and mains streets nearby, plus a grocery store within 3 mins walk. Staff were so helpful with all of our questions. Recommend!!

Unhygienic chipped sink dirty dingy room, shelf hanging off the wall, cheap fittings metal hangers. Not what i would consider a 4 star hotel more of a backpackers hostel. Photos not a true reflection and definitely not "A new vision if luxury" 2 star at best. Reviews cannot be true If you want something nice then stay at the Ebel hotel

The priority was well located and it was easy to access the city sights. The staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and in good condition, and you had most things needed. On the whole a very good option for a stay in Tirana.

A Great Place to Stay

Quiet little hotel with a cosy feel but with big, spacious rooms. Reception guys are very helpful and were able to assist when the heating in the room didn't work very well. Very well located for the city access and taking a bus to the airport. Lots of amenities nearby.

Great location for the square in the centre. Rooms were a great size for price. Check in made very easy and at check out they kindly printed off our boarding tickets as e-tickets not accepted at the airport.

No working heating or ac.

This hotel doesnt have any heating, nor working ac in any of the 3 rooms we booked. When we showered the room flooded with water. As if this not enought no cot was given although emailed and booked in advance. Was forced out of hotel on our first day, hotel asked us to cancel to get refund but now denying this. As if not enough gave us a portable heater known for fire... please do not stay here for your safety...
