Minha experiência na pousada foi desconfortável e decepcionante. Infelizmente, sentimos atitudes preconceituosas durante a estadia, principalmente no atendimento de um senhor que trabalhava no período noturno no dia 22/05. Eu e minha companheira não tivemos nosso relacionamento legitimado como casal, e foi solicitado um novo check-in de forma desnecessária, causando constrangimento. Além disso, os funcionários não auxiliaram com as malas e ainda fizeram comentários inadequados como “mulheres tão bonitas”, o que foi bastante inconveniente e desconfortável. O atendimento no bar da pousada também foi muito demorado, assim como no café da manhã, onde houve demora até mesmo para servir o café. Diante de toda a situação e da forma como fomos tratadas, infelizmente ficamos com a sensação de que houve preconceito. Esperávamos respeito, acolhimento e profissionalismo, mas saímos frustradas com a experiência. Sugerimos letramento de gênero para os funcionários e maior preparo para receber casais e pessoas LGBT.
