Historic Farmhouse / Venue in Tipp City

Experience the historic charm of Tipp City in this 3-bedroom (four possible upon request) farmhouse. Downstairs is the perfect place to entertain and includes an open concept living and kitchen area along with a sunroom and large entertaining deck. The main floor also includes a large bathroom, bedroom / bridal room with pullout sofa, hair/make up room, cute kids space and office (potential fourth bedroom). The kitchen is fully equipped with the basic kitchen amenities, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The second floor includes two bedrooms featuring one queen bed and one king bed. These large sized rooms offer plenty of space for extra guests to relax along with a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.

The farmhouse stays cozy year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this fabulous spot provides a superb home base. Make your holiday or gathering one for the books with a stay at our place.

The max overnight capacity is 10 people.

ALL Events are subject to additional fees and must be approved by owner prior to booking.

No excessive noise, fireworks, or hunting allowed.
No High School, Prom, College, or MBA groups.

No smoking inside the house or on the property.

Quiet Hours from 11:00pm to 8:00am are strictly enforced.

Must be at least 25 years old to book and the average guest age must be 25 or older.

All renters must sign Cottonwood Lane Rental prior to arrival. Please reference Rental Agreement for all other House Rules.
