The place, the bungalows and the staff are very nice but the generator (frim the hotel next door) is making a terribe noice 24h/24h. Not possible to relax on yiur terrace and impossible to sleep at night

Nice chilled out hotel with decent facilities. Hotel staff are pleasant and welcoming. The taxi fare from Tekek to the hotel was way overpriced but overall that is a relatively minor niggle.

This place was exceptional and a fantastic place to stay/ stop over if you are planning to cross the border from Malaysia or Singapore. Highly recommend this hidden gem and people are beyond friendly!

Idyllic setting. By far the best spec chalets in this area Book early in peak times to be sure. Beach views georgeous and within meters to sea. Lovely garden tended to everyday. Nice bed linen appreciated! Staff very friendly and helpful. At end of bay so little passing traffic. This side of island has a breeze = a bit fresher and good waves.

Room was very cozy. Staff went out of the way to be helpful. Counter person (Jip) Took time to reschedule my bus return to Singapore so I could make my flight. They did all arrangement for day trips. Watch out for Sand Flys along beach area and paths. Use Sandfly repellent I think anyplace on island. The bites are many and nasty. Island, jungle, snorkeling worth it.

Nice lodge but room for improvement

The location is really beautiful and the owner very friendly. We stayed in the beachfront which is a nice lodge . Unfortunately the bedding was really dirty. We had to ask for different pillows as ours was full of stains, yellow and really gross. They should put an extra layer around them that they easily can wash. The bed sheets weren't very clean either. Beda were comfortable. They have an excellent cook for dinner. Though you can't really enjoy it that much as the noise in the restaurant from a exhaust fan or generator (not sure) was so extremely loud. A real pitty as the location is beautiful but the noise just spoils it. We therefore ended up eating elsewhere on the other nights even though the cook was great. Breakfast is simple and not much you can only choose between set breakfast and it was just not enough. We would recommend as the location is nice but there is definitely room for improvement

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons logé dans une jolie cabane en bois au milieu d’un beau jardin . Le personnel est compétent et attentif, merci à eux! La chambre : literie très agréable, Clim au top, salle de bain commode. Sous notre auvent de balcon une gentille petite chauves-souris vient passer la journée. Dans le jardin des petits varans, des papillons, un chat. Les repas sont très bons, les petits déjeuners un peu succints. Ce serait bien d’avoir un peu plus de chaises longues sur la plage. Trois c’est un peu juste ! Je retournerais avec plaisir dans cet établissement très agréable et bien situé.

War sehr glücklich mit der Wahl. Schönes kleines Chalet am Strand. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtete Möbel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half bei jedem Anliegen sofort unf gaben Tips, telefonierten mit den zuständigen Personen wenn man z.b. nicht wusste wann die Fähre wirklich fährt. Werde gerne wieder kommen.
