Villa Neo is a comfortable holiday home for 6-8 persons with swimming pool in the quiet village Ribari in Central Istria.
The house was built in 2014 and is situated on its own enclosed property with well-maintained lawn where the guests can enjoy a swimming pool of 24 sqm with large sunbed, barbecue, table tennis, dining table for outdoor meals, 4 bicycles (free use) and 2 parking spaces.
Holiday home for 6-8 people, extends on two floors and has a living area of 150 sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two children, a bedroom with double bed and a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with its own shower/toilet and the other with its own covered terrace. There is also a shower/toilet in the hall.
NOTE:
- The pool can be used in the period 01.05. - 31.10. If you want to use pool heating additional fees applies
- No youth groups
