This fantastic stone house with pool is located in central Istria, in the small village of Kringa, where one of the oldest legends of this region originated. The legend is about the 16th century vampire Juraj Grando. The three-storey holiday home is furnished with modern furniture and antiques. The rural surroundings and the autochthonous neighbouring houses lend the whole a living ambience from a bygone era. Tolle Villa

Eine tolle Villa, ein bisschen versteckt aber zum Abhängen mit Familie oder Freunden klasse. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und überdachte Terasse bietet einen Platz zum verweilen bei Hitze und Abends. Tolles Restaurant in der Nähe nur leider ohne Kinderkarte. Es wird viel neu gebaut drumherum. ist aber die ganze Gegend.

Très bien

Très belle maison, confortable, à la campagne et à une trentaine de minutes de la mer. Permet de découvrir l'Istrie tout en étant tranquille. Tout est conforme à la description sauf le tennis de table. L'itinéraire pour trouver la maison gagnerait à être déprécié. Sinon, tout était parfait !

Ferienhaus Kringa

Sehr ansprechendes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, stilvoll renoviert auf alten Grundmauern. Polsterauflagen für die Aussenstühle und Liegen fehlen leider. Pool klein, aber sehr sauber. Hunde und Hähne in der Nachbarschaft sorgen für Leben, Landleben eben. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Objekt für die ganze Familie.
