Located at Im Wohldkamp 4, this beautiful 60-square-meter, two-room apartment awaits you on the first floor, just 50 meters from the forest and 950 meters from the beach.
Enjoy the large southwest-facing terrace, which is equipped with a garden table and comfortable chairs.

This elegant apartment for 4 people (max. 3 adults and 1 child up to age 14) features a spacious, light-filled living area with an open kitchen.
The floors are covered with light-colored, sealed cork flooring. From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace.
An awning enhances your time relaxing on the sunny terrace. All windows also have electric roller shutters.
The living room features harmonious furnishings made of solid beech wood. The large dining table comfortably seats four people. There is also a sofa bed, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system with a CD player.

The floor-to-ceiling window in the kitchen provides additional access to a second terrace on the west side.
The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All kitchen appliances are from brand-name manufacturers.
Tastefully coordinated brand-name tableware is also part of the extensive amenities.
In the large bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a blackout roller shade on the floor-to-ceiling window ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The large built-in closet offers plenty of space for your travel clothes. A 32-inch flat-screen TV rounds out the bedroom.

The vacation apartments are located at Wohldkamp 4, a quiet residential area on a cul-de-sac.

The building has 12 residential units, including the vacation apartments. The building features an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and an underground parking garage. A designated parking space in the underground garage is included with the apartment.

In about 5–7 minutes on foot, you’ll be right on the Baltic Sea beach, where you can breathe in the fresh sea air. The nearest bakery, shopping options, and the town center are also in the immediate vicinity. The exclusive shops invite you to go shopping, and you can relax and recharge in the cozy cafés and long-established restaurants.

You can explore whether Ostholstein really consists only of wide, flat countryside by following the designated biking and hiking trails. Let yourself be surprised by the cliffs, the dike, or even Holstein Switzerland.
