At the **Ankerplatz** apartment, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation on the mezzanine level of the TECHT beach house. Two bedrooms, a large covered balcony, and high-quality furnishings offer plenty of comfort—just two minutes from the Baltic Sea.

The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a large smart TV. Light colors and tastefully selected details create a welcoming atmosphere where you can settle in and feel right at home. The integrated dining area offers a lovely spot for shared meals and cozy vacation moments.

The separate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay. From here—and from every other room—you have direct access to the balcony.
The spacious, covered balcony faces the front of the beach house. From here, you can watch the activity in the surrounding area and enjoy the sun, especially in the afternoon and evening. An inviting seating area and a wooden dining table with matching benches offer wonderful opportunities to eat together, relax, and unwind. This is the perfect way to wind down your day in a pleasant atmosphere.

Both bedrooms invite you to enjoy restful nights with comfortable double beds and blackout curtains. The master bedroom features an extra-long box-spring bed, a smart TV, and a directly adjoining en suite bathroom—ideal for relaxing vacation mornings. The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom features a contemporary design and is equipped with a spacious shower.

The second bedroom is accessible via the hallway and is also connected to the living room by a sliding door. This creates an open, spacious feel that gives the apartment a particularly light and pleasant vacation atmosphere. A separate guest restroom across from the second bedroom adds to the comfort of your stay.
