At the **Sonneninsel** apartment, you’ll enjoy a relaxing vacation on the first floor of the TECHT beach house. Two bedrooms, a large balcony, and high-quality furnishings create a lovely temporary home—just two minutes from the Baltic Sea.

The beautiful living area invites you to relax with a high-quality sofa, a comfortable armchair, and lovingly selected details. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, available. From here, you have direct access to the balcony.

On the spacious balcony at the rear of the apartment, you can enjoy the sun, especially in the morning. The apartment faces the quiet back neighborhood. The comfortable dining lounge is perfect for breakfast, relaxing, or a cozy end to the day.

The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A dishwasher and other amenities ensure plenty of comfort. A cozy dining set provides the perfect spot for shared meals.

The quiet master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, extra-long box-spring bed and a second TV. The harmonious design creates a pleasant atmosphere. The smaller second bedroom features two separate single beds. This room is also decorated in light colors and can be completely darkened.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is bright and features a spacious shower.

You can easily reach the first floor by elevator. During peak season, the regular check-in and check-out day is Saturday. One dog is welcome upon prior notice and for an additional fee.
