The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Contemporary appliances and an additional small dining area offer plenty of comfort—from a leisurely breakfast to dinner.

From the kitchen, you have direct access to the spacious, covered balcony at the front of the beach house. Here you can watch the goings-on in the neighborhood and enjoy the sun, especially from noon through the evening. A cozy seating area and a wooden dining table with matching benches invite you to eat together, relax, and unwind. It’s a lovely spot to wind down at the end of the day in a pleasant atmosphere.

Both bedrooms offer plenty of space and ensure restful nights with comfortable box-spring beds, smart TVs, and blackout curtains. The master bedroom also features direct access to the balcony and an adjoining en suite bathroom.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a sink area, and beautiful bathroom furniture. A separate guest restroom, conveniently accessible from the hallway, adds to the comfort of your stay.

You can easily reach the first floor by elevator. During peak season, the regular check-in and check-out day is Saturday. One dog is welcome upon prior notice and for an additional fee.
