This quiet and very well-maintained vacation rental is located on "Rosenhain" Street and measures approximately 50 square meters. It features a narrow south-facing balcony with space for two chairs and a table, accessible via the central dining area and the bedroom. Private parking space and shared bicycle storage available.
The bathroom, with a shower and tub, separates the children’s room from the bedroom. The small loft-style living room (with a 42" HD TV) is accessible via the stairs.
