The use of carefully selected colors and high-quality materials helps create a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Real wood parquet flooring and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

Living Area:
The apartment features a combined living/dining area with a high-quality sleeper sofa and an open-concept built-in kitchen. The spacious south/west-facing balcony is furnished with high-quality seating and is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a sundowner. The bedroom features a box-spring bed, a large closet, and a TV. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The apartment is ideal for 2–3 people, as there is only one separate bedroom. The washing machine in the basement is available exclusively to our guests.
