This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor (46 steps to the apartment) of the building and, with its 65 m², can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 baby up to 2 years old.
The accommodations are only about 350 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. Numerous shopping options and the city center are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
The spacious apartment hallway offers plenty of storage space, a mirror, and a separate coat rack.
From the hallway, you can access the cozy living-sleeping area, the separate bedroom, the separate kitchen, and the bathroom with a shower.
The open and inviting living-sleeping area is equipped with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area in the small tower.
Technical amenities include free Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a radio. Board games are also available for hours of relaxation.
The spacious southwest-facing balcony is accessible from the living room and features balcony furniture and an awning.
In the separate, well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a kettle, an egg cooker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a fold-out dining table where you can comfortably prepare meals together. Of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also available for your use.
