In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a cozy sitting area, a smart TV, a hi-fi system, a small dining nook, and a cozy sleeping alcove with a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm with 2 separate mattresses and a full-length topper).
The kitchenette, equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and ample kitchenware, adjoins the living area.

You can relax on the sheltered southwest-facing balcony.
The shower room rounds out the amenities with a shower pan (entry height approx. 36 cm) and a hair dryer.

Books, games, an iron, and an air fryer provide additional comfort.
